- Organizational process design (blueprint)
P3. Design and implement integrated management systems, through the use of an ERP: (50%)
- To know the concepts associated with the design of integrated management systems and the transformative effects of the Internet on management models
- Conceive and design integrated management systems
- Understand the challenges of e-commerce-based business models
- Know the methodology of Implementation of an integrated management information system
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
- CO1: to know the main functional areas of organizations and understand the need for Integrated Management of all of them, based on common objectives.
- CO2: understand the interconnection between the different functional areas, and associated concepts, and their interconnection with the local and global context and design organizational processes using standard best practices.
- CO3: Understand the challenges of implementing integrated management systems in a digital environment through the use of software.
