UC aims to:
(OB1) Create, update and develop skills in operations management and logistics, allowing the development of an integrated view of modern concepts of process management, logistics and value chain management, applied to products and services.
(OB2) Project, plan and manage operations and logistics, taking into account the maximization of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction;
(OB3) Understand the need for production and logistics processes alignment with suppliers and customers.
