Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, students must show that they are able to frame a system or process in the context of an organization, and that are able to identify and analyze opportunities and undertake projects for improvement in organizations.
At the end of this course, students must show they:
CO1- Know and are able to use tools for analyzing systems and processes with the objective of improving the performance of organizations;
CO2- are able to analyze the systems and processes, identifying improvement opportunities, with the objective of optimizing the resources involved;
CO3- are able to apply systems evaluation and improvement methodologies.
