Learning Outcomes
This UC aims to provide students with knowledge/skills of analysis and implementation of a small/medium size IT project to apply the knowledge previously obtained in the course disciplines. It is also intended to develop team project management skills and oral and written technical communication.
The student must be able to:
1. Write a technical report (OB1);
2. Plan, organize, monitor and evaluate the different phases of a project (OB2);
3. Present a project (OB3);
4. Know the different stages of the lifecycle of a software application and identify the tasks corresponding to each one of them (OB4);
5. Be able to analyze and implement a realistic, small/medium-sized problem that integrates different areas of knowledge, namely IT, mathematics and management, based on a set of objectives (OB5);
6. Develop an application from a list of requirements (OB6).
