Learning Outcomes
After completing all teaching activities in the curricular unit, the student should be able to:
OBI- Master the concept of probability distribution, correctly apply probabilistic models to concrete problems
OBII- Master the concept of random sampling, characterize and apply distributions associated with concrete sampling processes
OBIII- Master and justify the decision-making process in the face of uncertainty based on interval estimates of population means and proportions.
OBIV- Correctly formulate hypothesis tests and justify statistical decision-making in some real-world problems.
OBV- Study, decide and interpret data using linear regression models.
