PRACTICAL PROGRAM:
PP1 - Practical exercises on planning, control and management of electricity distribution networks.
Learning Outcomes
OB1 - This course unit aims to provide students with knowledge and skills on the planning, control and management of electricity distribution networks.
OB2- It is intended that students understand the role of distribution networks in electric energy systems, their constitution and the concepts and techniques involved in their planning, control and exploration.
OB3 - It is intended that students acquire knowledge regarding the support tools used in the planning and operation of electricity distribution networks.
OB4 - In addition to the knowledge acquired in OB1, OB2 and OB3, at the end of the course unit students should be able to analyze the economic and technical feasibility of investments in rural and urban distribution networks, as well as the installation of manual cutting devices and automatic and mesh closure of distribution networks.
