Learning Outcomes

Based on the above considerations, the subject of CORGA will target the development of personal and relational skills to enable future engineers to integrate themselves into teams and develop skills to meet the CDIO objectives - Conceive, design, implement and operate complex engineering systems in business and social context.
With this SUBJECT we aim to prepare students to understand the functioning of organizational structures and enhance their current or future membership in organizations. Therefore, organizational socialization strategies will be developed; it will be specially reinforced the proactive career management behaviours; Finally, leadership skills and team's coordination will be fostered.
At the end of this Curriculum Unit, students should be able to:
