Learning Outcomes
The student should be able to:
- Use AutoCAD 2D to produce and edit technical drawings with accuracy and proper organization (OB1).
- Set up the working environment: units, limits, grid, OSNAP, layers and object properties (OB2).
- Apply drawing and editing commands (LINE, CIRCLE, ARC, MOVE, COPY, ROTATE, MIRROR, OFFSET, TRIM, EXTEND, FILLET, CHAMFER, SCALE, STRETCH) in practical exercises (OB3).
- Create and manage blocks and attributes; apply hatches and annotations (text, leaders) according to basic standards (OB4).
- Configure dimension styles and prepare layouts/viewports with correct scales for plotting (OB5).
- Integrate knowledge in a complete final project (DWG + PDF ready to print) (OB6).
