Learning Outcomes
It is intended that students acquire knowledge in this area, starting the UC for a basic presentation in this area. Students should understand the environmental geotechnics in a multidisciplinary context, aiming at the implementation of civil works, geo-environmental issues and exploration of geological resources.
In the end, students should be able to perform all the steps required to perform an environmental impact study, as well as their environmental rehabilitation plan, integrating and interpreting the knowledge resulting from the studies and research carried out in the area of extractive industry .
Acquire expertise in environmental engineering in the field of geotechnical engineering, providing the basis for the implementation of plans for landscaping and environmental impact studies in the field of extractive industry.
