The ongoing work will be support in:
4- Essentially practical, this unit concentrates different engineering sciences and industrial engineering areas knowledge and techniques developed in the different units of the course of the second and first degree years of LEGI, such applied mathematics, operations management, entrepreneurial management, industrial process, materials engineering, computer aided design, productivity and manufacturing systems design. (SDG4, SDG9)
Learning Outcomes
OB1 - Soft Skills development (team work, project and time management, communication and work organization abilities, among others), thus contributing to quality education and promoting the creation of high added value for the development of students' skills;
OB2 - Capacity to integrate different knowledge areas and integrated vision ability, thus contributing to quality education and promoting the creation of high added value for the development of students' skills;
OB3 - Capacity to acquire new knowledge and to apply it, as well as other previously learned, to specific real problems, with the aim of generating innovation and high added value as an active promoter of economic growth;
OB4 - Be able to design an enterprise from environment analysis, to strategic architecture definition, thus fostering their critical and entrepreneurial spirit and their ability to contribute to the creation of valuable economic agents that create value and wealth for society, and, at the same time, promoters of equal opportunities for access to decent work;
OB5 - Recognize the various types of organizational structures, the multiplicity and complexity of the issues related with strategy development and management techniques promoting integration and propose and discuss different innovative solutions, contributing whenever possible to the technological evolution of the industry;
OB6 - Interconnect knowledge from different disciplinary areas of the Course, and use them in an informed, innovative manner that is applicable to the reality in which they are used.
