Each proposed project / Stage will have an advisor from ISEP and a supervisor in the company / coadvisor in the research unit.

- Development of soft skills (teamwork, interpersonal communication, time management, responsibility, leadership, etc.).
- Development the capacity of knowledge integration from different areas.
- Acquisition of new knowledge and its application in a real context.
- Carry out appropriate diagnoses in real context and develop project analysis and improvement / optimization systems.
