Learning Outcomes
General objective:
Take in a set of basic knowledge and tools to establish methods and safe working environments, complying with the legislation in force, contributing to the integration of a safety culture in which risk prevention, health promotion and the constant improvement of working conditions and quality of life are systematic.
Specific objectives:
[1] To understand the legal framework of the HST and knowing the possible modes of organization safety management in enterprises
[2] To know the main themes in the area of occupational health and safety (HST)
[3] To identify the main hazards and consequential risks amid labour and relevant legislation
[4] To analyze and assess risks using specific techniques and methods and plan and develop policies and procedures for the prevention of health and safety at work
[5] To have acquired skills to the management of occupational accidents.
[6] To know the main IPE and their characteristics as well as the safety and the risks which aims to inform
[7] Have a brief notion of the ISO 45001 normative framework, as a organizational support in the OH&S management.
