Learning Outcomes

To provide Students, in conjunction with ORGI1, the knowledge and the capability to comprehend and apply the concepts, models and tools of organizational industrial management basics, within a systemic, integrated and multidisciplinary perspective. Upon approval at this curricular unit, students should be able to design, improve and manage systems integrating people, materials, equipment, financial resources, information and energy, that manage processes for the production and delivery of products and services.
