The Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FOV UM) is located in Kranj, Slovenia, and is part of the University of Maribor. It is a leading educational and scientific research institution in the fields of organizational sciences, enterprise engineering, human resources management, information systems, and crisis management.

FOV offers study programmes at all levels: professional (VS), university (UN), master's (MAG), and doctoral (DR), including Enterprise Engineering, Organization and Management of Human Resources and Educational Systems, Organization and Management of Information Systems, Management in Sport, Crisis Management, and Management in Health and Social Welfare.

The faculty has a strong international presence through active Erasmus+ partnerships with over 40 universities and participates in numerous European research projects. FOV regularly hosts international staff weeks, summer schools, and conferences, including the annual International Conference on Organizational Science Development.
