Presentation
The Bachelor’s degree in economics is one of the programs with the strongest career prospects in the country, with an employability rate exceeding 60%. This figure, reported by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, is based on the percentage of graduates affiliated with Social Security, highlighting the solid job opportunities available to economics graduates.
This program is designed for students who are enthusiastic about social issues and drawn to intellectual challenges. It is particularly suited for those with a high school background in social sciences or the sciences. While prior knowledge of mathematics (from the scientific track) and economics (from the social sciences track) is helpful, students with different levels of expertise in either area are welcome to enroll. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, as well as skills in critical thinking, synthesis, and abstraction.
