Main Objective
This degree prepares students to understand and engage with the scientific, social, and behavioural dimensions of physical activity and sport in contemporary society. The curriculum combines physiological, biomechanical, psychological, sociocultural, and educational perspectives to give a comprehensive understanding of how physical activity influences human health, performance, and well‑being.

Foundational courses in biology, anatomy, physiology, and general principles of physical activity and sport. - Compulsory/Core Subjects: 138 ECTS
Covers key areas such as biomechanics, exercise physiology, motor control, sports psychology, training methodology, and pedagogy. - Elective Subjects: 24 ECTS
Allows students to specialize in areas of personal or professional interest, such as health promotion, competitive sport, or fitness training. - Final Degree Project (TFG): 18 ECTS
An individual project integrating theory, research, and/or practical application in physical activity and sports sciences.
